Sebastiano (Seb) Reale
Seb hails from a sunny, seaside town in Italy called Avola and being passionate about human relationships, he went on studying International Relations at LUISS Guido Carli University, Rome.
Once he completed his studies, he developed a passion for EU Youth Projects, attending a few in Serbia, Georgia, and a 6-month project in Romania about Health and Sporting events. Having being immersed in diversity and loved the experience, he decided to go for a backpacking tour of the Balkans and Eastern Europe, where he quickly grew a passion for travel and adventure.
After moving to London, he started his Recruitment career, and following a few quick and successful placements, he just realised this would be his lifetime passion. Being offered a position from his company in Switzerland, he decided to move on and take a new challenge. He has dedicated 5 record-breaking years supporting hundreds of professionals and executives and helping them transition towards better career opportunities.
“I have been asked a few times what made me love my job and what drove my success. I always say that I really care about people, that I really listen to what they need and I cheer genuinely when they succeed. Humanity shows”.
Seb lives in Zug with his girlfriend and you can easily find him hanging around the lakeside.
While evidently the least sporty member of the team, he has a personal record of having hiked in all 26 Swiss cantons. With his 45 countries visited, Seb places himself in a good spot in the Summit team’s ‘travel challenge’ chart.
