ApplyWe are currently looking for Business Process Management (BPM) Specialist for one of our clients in professional services. As a part of the team, you will ensure that the business processes in the organization runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your main tasks will be:
- Model the business processes using visual tools.
- Manage the automation to execute the business processes (repetitive tasks, data processing etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure the BPM solutions meet business needs.
- Ensure the integration the BPM system with other software and databases.
- Monitor the performance of business processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and make adjustments to optimize the performance.
- Provide support and maintenance of the BPM systems.
To enjoy this job, you should have/be:
- Degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience with automated business processes in professional services environment.
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0, Flowable or Camunda is a must.
- A team player with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent German C1+ (must) and English.
