For our large international client, based in Zurich we are searching for a CRM Business Analyst to work on a 6 month contract, with an option for extension.
Within this challenging Business Analyst job, you will be responsible for working with varying technical and business facing departments to help them implement Salesforce as their new CRM solution. You will speak with stakeholders to determine their requirements and identify testing needs from a UAT and Technical Testing perspective, before co-ordinating the teams to make sure the system is correctly implemented.

- Experience working as a Business Analyst on technology projects within large complex environments
- Excellent client facing skills
- Comfortable working with a range of technologies, with experience in Salesforce or CRM solutions especially of interest
- Fluent English language skills. German is an advantage.
