We believe here, less is more. We tell you who the client is and share our in depth knowledge about the company and the position to help you make a decision on whether it’s the right thing for you.

Once you’ve decided it’s the right thing for you, we send you a job description and wait for your email permission, before then presenting your profile to our client. Using our relationships to make sure that your selling points stand out and don’t slip through any gaps.

Once we’ve secured you an interview, we give you preparation about what to expect in that meeting, from our in depth knowledge about who you will be meeting with and how best to approach certain topics.

If you are not a Swiss resident, we have experience in helping with international relocation and will be happy to assist.

Randy started at Summit at the beginning of 2020 shortly before the COVID pandemic started.
