Accounting/Treasury Analyst

For my multinational Zurich based client I am looking for an experienced Accounting or Treasury professional to join their team on a maternity cover contract from the start of June 2022 (+/- 2 weeks) and the initial contract will run until the end of January 2023.

In this Accounting / Treasury Analyst position you will sit within a Treasury department but with a heavy accounting emphasis. The main work will focus around month end closing and reporting across multiple entities, divisions and locations.You will also be working with treasury business helping to solve any queries they may have and working with the Treasury and accounting systems to identify, analyse and solve any system issues.

In order to apply for this position you should have:

• The possibility to start at the beginning of July (+/- 2 weeks)
• Willingness to work onsite in Zurich. This position does have 1-2 days home office possibility, however around month end closing, people are expected to be onsite 100%
• Strong accounting knowledge and background
• Experience of working within complex multinational companies and adhering to compliance and audit regulations
• Any experience with SOX and IFRS is highly advantageous
• A strong affinity with IT specifically ERP OR Treasury Systems (TMS)
• The working language of this position is English. German or French skills are advantageous.
