Senior Financial Services Consultant - Fluent German

Our client is a well established Zurich-based consultancy known for delivering smart, hands-on change across the financial sector. As they continue to develop, they’re hiring a Senior Financial Services Consultant with Fluent German to support a mix of business process and technology-driven projects.

What you’ll do:

• Drive change initiatives in banking, wealth, asset and private banking
• Lead or support projects in process optimisation, regulatory change, tech implementation, and operating model design
• Work directly with business and IT stakeholders in Swiss financial institutions
• Perform a classic mix of Business Analyst / requirement engineering tasks mixed with Project management responsibilities

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or financial services change
• Strong project delivery skills, ideally across both business and IT topics, in a Business Analyst, Project Management or mixed capacity
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Fluent German and English (essential)
