Business Analyst - Life and Health Reinsurance

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a hybrid business/tech profile to join a data-driven transformation project in the Life & Health insurance space. The role is based in Zurich with a flexible hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 work from home) for an initial 6 month period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map current ("AS-IS") processes around how data is used and managed (currently SQL Server).

• Design future-state ("TO-BE") processes in preparation for a migration to Snowflake.

• Identify data assets, gaps, and transformation needs from both business and technical perspectives.

• Work independently with cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to idea development and help shape scalable data solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in business analysis, especially with AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping.

• Understanding of SQL Server and familiarity with data migrations.

• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively across teams.

• Experience in Life & Health insurance or reinsurance is a strong plus.
