Senior Application Integration Developer

A leading industrial technology organisation is seeking a Senior Application Integration Developer to take ownership of integration design and implementation across a modern enterprise landscape. The role focuses primarily on SAP technologies and aims to ensure that critical business systems communicate reliably.

Your job:

You will analyse integration needs, design technical solutions, and develop interfaces that connect systems such as ERP, CRM, PLM/PDM and MDM platforms.

• This position requires someone comfortable working with SAP’s cloud integration tools, modern API frameworks, and data services.
• The work involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, resolving complex technical challenges, documenting solution architectures, and continuously improving performance and reliability.
• The role also includes guiding less experienced team members and contributing to the overall integration strategy of the organisation.

Your background:

• Candidates should bring extensive experience in application and data integration, including hands-on work with SAP’s cloud integration suite, API management, and SAP S/4HANA connectivity.
• Strong knowledge of ODATA services, event-driven architectures, and master-data interfaces is required.
• Familiarity with integrating CRM and product-data systems, as well as working with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML or similar technologies, is important.
• A background of at least 8 years in integration engineering, supported by broader IT experience, is expected.
• The role suits someone analytical, structured, and confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English fluency is essential; additional languages are beneficial.
