Quantitative Developer
Field of expertise: Developer / Software Engineer | in Zurich | Permanent employmentFor one of our clients in the Zurich and Geneva area we are looking as soon as possible for a Quantitative Developer on a permanent basis.
Some of the responsibilities of his job will be:
- Reporting directly to the Portfolio Manager
- enhancing high performing inflation models, maintaining and optimising their performance and the infrastructure in which it is housed
- Using statistical and machine learning methods to enhance existing inflation forecast models
- Developing tools for market analysis and trade generation
- Ensuring code and environments are well tested and maintained
In order to qualify for this job you should have:
- A bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field
- Experience as a Quant in a financial setting (e.g. Hedge Fund, Asset Manager, Investment Bank)
- Experience in developing and optimizing algorithms for quantitative trading strategies.
- Proficiency in writing efficient and maintainable code
