ERP Integration Manager

Role Overview: As the ERP Integration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of integration solutions across the enterprise's ERP ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, evaluate integration needs, and lead the execution of integration projects. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strategic thinking to drive successful ERP integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Integration Strategy Development: Develop and maintain an ERP integration strategy aligned with business objectives, technology roadmap, and industry best practices.

  2. Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of integration solutions to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability across various ERP systems and applications.

  3. Integration Project Management: Manage end-to-end integration projects, including scoping, resource planning, budgeting, timeline management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.

  4. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams on integration patterns, standards, APIs, and protocols to ensure effective integration implementation.

  5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor integration performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance system performance and efficiency.

  6. Change Management and Training: Develop change management plans and provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of integrated systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP integration, with a proven track record of leading complex integration projects.
  • Strong technical background in ERP systems (e.g., M3, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles, security standards, and regulatory requirements related to ERP systems and integration.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, or ITIL
  • Fluent German and excellent English
