Head of SAP Services

We are mandated by our client a leading Swiss industrial manufacturing located in the Zürich area, to recruit for a new Head of SAP Competence Center.

It's on offer a permanent contract. 3 months notice. Hybrid working model. German speaking required.

You will manage a distributed international team and play a key role in shaping the company’s SAP strategy and future transformation to S/4HANA.

Your Job:

• Lead and develop a diverse SAP team

• Own the SAP landscape: operations, roadmap, continuous improvements

• Act as delivery lead across projects, change requests, and support topics

• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and IT leadership

• Guide the S/4HANA transformation and promote best practices in ERP

• Manage vendors, contracts, and budgets related to SAP

Your Profile

• Proven leadership in SAP (5+ years team management)

• Strong experience across SAP modules (ideally certified in FI, CO, MM, SD, or PP)

• Hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation and SAP transformations

• Skilled in stakeholder management and working across global teams

• Fluent English AND German
