Our client is a leading provider of modern outsourcing and platform solutions in Switzerland. They are looking for an experienced Team Lead IT Operations & Support to build and lead a newly established service team, ensuring smooth processes, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and develop a cross-functional IT support & operations team
Design and optimize support processes across multiple levels
Integrate and align ticketing systems and interfaces (e.g., Zendesk, Jira)
Drive automation and AI-powered initiatives to increase efficiency
Oversee knowledge management and training activities
Your Profile
Background in computer science, engineering, or similar, ideally with ITIL and leadership training
Proven experience leading IT operations or support teams
Strong service orientation and ability to foster collaboration across departments
Analytical, structured, and clear communicator
Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
