ServiceNOW Business Analyst

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing, designing, and configuring the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. You'll also be working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the ServiceNow platform is optimized to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience working with ServiceNow, particularly in the areas of incident, problem, and change management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow projects
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
