Hardware Development Engineer

We are currently hiring an experienced Hardware Development Engineer for our client in Solothurn. This role offers the chance to work on innovative medical technology solutions in a hybrid setting.

Your tasks:

• Develop electronics solutions and system architectures for a medical device
• Define requirements, prepare design documentation, and develop verification test plans.
• Manage new component introductions, handle obsolescence, and provide product care with a focus on hardware improvements.

Your profile:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of practical experience, ideally in the medical sector.
• Proven experience in developing embedded hardware solutions.
• Strong knowledge of electronics assembly processes and test methodologies.
• German (C1 or Native) and English (B2 level or higher).
