Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle management, authentication, and authorization frameworks.
Administer and optimize directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, etc.).
Integrate identity solutions with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premises applications.
Manage and configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation services.
Support role-based access control (RBAC) models and least-privilege principles.
Monitor and troubleshoot IAM systems, ensuring availability, performance, and security.
Collaborate with security teams to conduct access reviews, ensure compliance, and implement identity governance processes.
Participate in IAM-related projects, including migrations, upgrades, and automation initiatives.
Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for identity and directory services.
Key Skills & Experience
Essential:
Proven experience in IAM engineering, preferably in a complex enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory administration.
Experience with identity federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2).
Proficiency in implementing MFA and SSO solutions.
Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, or similar.
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for automation.
Strong understanding of security principles, compliance, and regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
Desirable:
Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
Knowledge of cloud IAM integrations (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture principles.
Certifications such as Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300), CISSP, or vendor-specific IAM credentials.
