Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle management, authentication, and authorization frameworks.

• Administer and optimize directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, etc.).

• Integrate identity solutions with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premises applications.

• Manage and configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation services.

• Support role-based access control (RBAC) models and least-privilege principles.

• Monitor and troubleshoot IAM systems, ensuring availability, performance, and security.

• Collaborate with security teams to conduct access reviews, ensure compliance, and implement identity governance processes.

• Participate in IAM-related projects, including migrations, upgrades, and automation initiatives.

• Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for identity and directory services.

Key Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Proven experience in IAM engineering, preferably in a complex enterprise environment.

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory administration.

• Experience with identity federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2).

• Proficiency in implementing MFA and SSO solutions.

• Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, or similar.

• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for automation.

• Strong understanding of security principles, compliance, and regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).

Desirable:

• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

• Knowledge of cloud IAM integrations (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture principles.

• Certifications such as Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300), CISSP, or vendor-specific IAM credentials.
