We are currently hiring for the job as a Software Development Lead / Agile Coach
for one of our clients in the Zurich area.
The successful applicant for this job as a Software Development Lead / Agile Coach will be responsible for working with a broad range of technologies including Java and .Net across a wide range of projects, overviewing the full life cycle of the applications from the conception to the release, you will also coach developers to work on the continuous improvement for the applications and their Agile ways of working. In acting as the Agile lead, you will coordinate with different teams, for meetings and daily planning. Depending on your profile, you can also expect to spend up to 50% of your time in coding.
The ideal applicant for the job as a Software Development Lead / Agile Coach should bring:
- Strong knowledge in C#/.Net and Java
- Experience in coding, architecture, agile coaching and team leading
- Fluent English and ideally German language skills too
- Self-driven personality
