We're currently looking for a Software Development Team Leader for our Zurich based financial services client working in a hybrid capacity.
As part of this exciting job as a Software Development Team Leader you will be leading a team of between 6-8 Software Developers who focus across C#, .Net, React and Web Development. Your role will involve senior stakeholder management, team management and leading the team. This is a hands on Software Development Team Leader role, so expect to also get involved in architecture and design topics as well as some hands on coding yourself with C# .Net or React.

- Fluent German / Swiss German and good English
- Experience working as a Software Development Team Lead
- Hands on Development experience with .Net, C# and ideally React
- A willingness to do both the leading/management elements as well as remaining technically hands on
- Experience in modern technologies such as cloud computing or Artificial Intelligence (AI) are an advantage
