Senior DevOps Architect

We are currently hiring a Senior DevOps Architect for one of our clients in the Bern area. In this position, due to the Covid-19, it will be expected for you to work from home until the situation normalizes again. Then a mix of home office / onsite time in Bern will be expected.

Acting as the successful applicant for the job as a Senior DevOps Architect, you will be working in a wide range of projects in the public sector; according to the clients IT landscape, you will be responsible to design new DevOps solutions for our clients, you will also be integrating CI/CD across a wide range of software tools and IT environments. You will coach internal employees around architecture implementation topics and you will collaborate closely with the presales team to ensure the right strategy for our products in the market.

The successful applicant for the job as a Senior DevOps Architect should bring:

• Strong software architecture /development background
• Experience in designing DevOps solutions/processes on an enterprise-scale, from taking requirements
• Good knowledge of technologies such as Docker, Jenkins, Sonar, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS or Azure, microservices architecture & co
• Confident personality and motivated for new tasks/ challenges.
• Fluent German C2 or Native
