Linux Engineer

Field of expertise: Infra Engineer | in Bern | Permanent employment

For our client in Bern we are looking for an experienced Linux Engineer to join their team developing new application solutions.

Within this job you will be responsible for working on both a projects and L2/3 operations basis to deliver an excellent environment based on Red Hat Linux and other technologies for the new digital applications. It will be a client facing position and will involve communicating with a lot of other different departments about upcoming releases and planning to ensure smooth delivery.

To apply for this challenging Linux Engineer job you should have:

  • Very strong knowledge of Linux and Unix (especially Red Hat)
  • Scripting knowledge
  • The business language for this position is German so you should have fluent German language skills (or at least a strong B2)
