Our Swiss based client is looking to greatly expand its team in 2023 and is looking for a wide variety of experienced consultants across the entire spectrum of technical and business focused profiles.
For this role fluent German is a must.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading, setting up and supporting managed services / operations
- Heading up a small team of consultants
- Knowledgeable in the areas of Manages Services and ServiceNow
- Running the operations and communicating with clients, vendors and technical associates
- Helping to understand and support the support work flows/escalations (levels 1-3)
Candidate Requirements / Profile
- Several years of experience within the Managed Systems ecosystem, preferably with leadership experience
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
- Experience leading a team
- Comfortable with a client facing role
- Able to work with vendors to solve issues/challenges
- Good practical experience in the application of agile methodologies, or ITIL
- Language: German fluent in spoken and written, English conversational
