Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and drive the development of the "Identity Services" team
- Ensure the stable operation of diverse IT infrastructure systems including Active Directory (AD), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Citrix, and IaaS Server Management.
- Support the migration of on-premise Active Directory (AD) to Azure Active Directory (AAD) in alignment with the public cloud strategy.
- Derive, plan, and execute strategic goals within the IT department.
- Foster and sustain a culture of agility and competency enhancement.
- Actively oversee a comprehensive system and service portfolio while managing supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements, and actively contribute to internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
- Extensive managerial experience in a similar role, with strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills across all hierarchical levels.
- Strategic proficiency in both technological and organizational aspects of IT development.
- Technical expertise and experience with technologies such as AD, AzureAD, Modern Authentication, SaaS onboarding, Citrix/AVD, and Windows Server.
- Experience implementing scalable solutions and approaches (e.g., Extended Workbench) and validating business cases.
- Experience with modern cloud public infrastructure architecture, particularly in Azure.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, and hands-on DevOps experience.
- Demonstrated analytical prowess, accustomed to delivering high-quality, purposeful work.
- Fluent proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
