Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Architect to join our client to help design and implement security frameworks for a greenfield Azure cloud environment. The role involves ensuring the security, scalability, and compliance of cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design: Develop security architectures for greenfield Azure cloud environments, ensuring best practices for security and compliance.
• Azure Cloud Security: Configuration and hardening of Azure infrastructure, including IAM, network security, data encryption, and threat monitoring.
• Risk and Compliance: Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Tool Implementation: Configure security tools (e.g., Azure Security Center, Sentinel) and implement continuous monitoring.
• Collaboration: Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to integrate security into deployment processes.
• Documentation and Training: Create security documentation and provide mentorship to IT teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in IT security architecture; strong experience with greenfield Azure implementations.
• Skills: Hands-on experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure AD, Key Vault), knowledge of security frameworks, and DevSecOps practices.
• Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, or Azure Security Engineer Associate preferred.
