Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust security architectures for Azure-based and on premise systems, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the development and deployment processes.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of IAM solutions, ensuring secure access controls and authentication mechanisms.
• Provide expertise in Microsoft 365 security features and configurations to enhance overall cybersecurity posture.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and security technologies to recommend and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Security Architect, with a focus on Azure, IAM, and M365.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure security features, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Security Center, and MS Defender
• Expertise in designing and implementing IAM solutions, such as role-based access control (RBAC) and single sign-on (SSO).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 security configurations and administration.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Azure Security Engineer, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., GDPR) and their implications for IT security.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
