The Role
We’re looking for an IT System Engineer to join our client's IT team in Rotkreuz. You’ll work closely with infrastructure, software, and project teams to plan, implement, and maintain IT systems.
What You’ll Do
Develop scalable and efficient system architectures
Optimize and integrate systems for better performance and reliability
Contribute to IT projects and lead sub-projects
Maintain and improve key services like backup (Veeam) and monitoring (Grafana)
Automate processes and support the modernization of our infrastructure
What You Bring
A degree in computer science, systems engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and system implementation
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell scripting
- Strong IT All-rounder /knowledge base / Mentality
A proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
