As a ServiceNow Solution Consultant, you will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, designing tailored solutions, and guiding them through successful ServiceNow implementations. Your proficiency in German is essential to effectively communicate with our German-speaking clients and provide personalized consulting services.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to analyze and understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions to elicit and document client needs.
- Design and present comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that address client requirements and align with best practices.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications.
- Provide guidance on ServiceNow platform capabilities, features, and best practices.
- Work closely with sales teams to support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure effective adoption and utilization of ServiceNow solutions.
- Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
- Fluent in German, with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Proven experience as a Solution Consultant or similar role, preferably with a focus on IT service management or related technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address client challenges effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for client-facing activities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and workshops.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
