ServiceNow Solution Consultant (German Speaking)

Job Description:

As a ServiceNow Solution Consultant, you will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, designing tailored solutions, and guiding them through successful ServiceNow implementations. Your proficiency in German is essential to effectively communicate with our German-speaking clients and provide personalized consulting services.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze and understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives.
  • Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions to elicit and document client needs.
  • Design and present comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that address client requirements and align with best practices.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications.
  • Provide guidance on ServiceNow platform capabilities, features, and best practices.
  • Work closely with sales teams to support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and solution presentations.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure effective adoption and utilization of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German, with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Consultant or similar role, preferably with a focus on IT service management or related technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address client challenges effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for client-facing activities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and workshops.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
